Diabetic Education

Our accredited DSME program offers support and training to people in all stages and types of diabetes.  The goals of DSME are to support informed decision-making, self-care behaviors, problem-solving and active collaboration with the health care team and to improve clinical outcomes, health status, and quality of life.

We will empower you to take control of your diabetes!

Note: Only purchase/schedule here for self-pay service.  Medicare and some insurances cover diabetes education.  For insurance billing, a referral from your primary care provider is required.  Please call us at 806-839-2466 for more information about referrals.

**Pre-paid appointments may be refunded if cancelled 24 hours in advance.  If cancelled prior to appointment time but less than 24 hours in advance, appointment is non-refundable but may be re-scheduled.  There are no refunds for missed appointments.  A new appointment booking must be created.
